Is the only LIVING PLANET we know of in the UNIVERSE
Consequently SF is all about Human Run Spaceships
And encountering other Alien Space Civilisations
Or Alien Space Civilisations ~ visiting Earth
WE *Boldly Go to Share not to Conquer*
But ~ Aliens have Ulterior Motives
Strip Earth of Her Resources
And enslave Humanity
SF is Pessimistic

Recognises Problems
Such as The Global Warming
Human Population ~ still increase
Technology has answers NOT TO COVID
She is a VIRAL PANDEMIC that has brought US
To our knees and as yet no VACCINE has been found
COVID 19 A B C IS STILL MUTATING ~ IS THIS HOW EARTH WILL END ?

I hope sometimes that my like is not at its end.

Fact or fiction
An 'awful horror' as Biblical words say
I know one horror - me singing!
It'll be the death of you, if ya hear it
Or at least, tortuous
With no escape.
Why, a prisoner had a choice -
40 years jail, or a week of me singing
Aww, why did he choose the former?!
Can't blame him though

Science fiction or fact
Be afraid - be very afraid -
Of me singing , that is!

The historical orbit of life.
A moment similar to those recorded in books old as the Bible.
A moment when death takes the lead.
When separation and hate crowd the mics and storm in.
When disease strikes and fear plagues.
In olden days it was the town crier
The prophet on the corner.
Today, it will be typed in the blog posts and websites of the future.
Videos posted, comments, likes, dislikes, hearts, faces.
What I do, how I react to this moment counts.
Which side of history will I be on?
Act in fear or act in confidence.
Both seem to be a crime.
Seclude and hide or storm and raid.
Mask yourself, or bare the scowl against the protection of society.
Mental health or mental breakdown.
Stand joyful even in the suffering.
Stand in sadness over the state of the world.
Stand hopeful that it will soon reflect a peaceful kingdom.
The end or the beginning?
I think it's a constant.
No concept of time except today.
Today is the only time I am living in.
Tomorrow might come, it might not.
Yesterday is gone, stored in the cloud.
Each minute of today passes with a few breaths.
I am grateful to breathe freely.
Today might be my last, so I love.
