Brown Eyes

gerardoprie

Just hang around
Before the leaves turn brown
Just before the sky turns red
To simply hold the hand of a child
Desperately lost in the wild
In need of love and freedom.

Listening closely an adventurer
Mapping the clouds in the river
Closing and leaning over a fence
To call for the animals
To howl to the sun and feel free.

Tomorrow is near, breath the air
Love the air in which you pray
Never let the moon find you alone in a room
The cold will cease your faith
While pleading the sun goodbye
You freedom will go down the drain
As animals running from the blazes.
