Dreamscape.
Denial of will occasionally hampers yet
defeat proves unreal when
sleep-given eyes lift dimensional mist
from other-world freedoms
never before even conceived.
Souls walk on water and fly, greet lost
loved ones, take minds across
boundaries, watch normal recede, enter
abodes of angelic presence
all before ascent again beckons.
Love never changes in dreams, former
despair disappears when halted,
hope finds unfettered what life denied
with no elation so exciting
as sleep-relaxation realized.
License is never so stirring as nightly
slumber respecting shadows
while letting new love-light melt fear
of descent into live dreamscape
then to feel induced awakening.

Thanking you kindly my friend - your review is most welcomed - methinks dreams take us to where suits us best.
Dreamy write with your perfect delivery
Hi peto - - -- Loads of thank yous for your generous comment - - so glad you thought the read dreamy.......
Oh that bloody alarm clock!
Got to say this reminded me so much of my recent post about a dream though none of our dreams can be the same as another persons.
Yes, there's a lot of loving goes on in a dream. Wonderful to read your words on an amazing realm of self created fantasy featuring real characters who meld to our dream purpose. ..... sigh!... if only.
Yes that dreaded alarm always beeps an end to romantic dreams. Sighing here too D.A.
Good write Fay.
Dreams - are they just imagination functioning while we are sleeping, Taking visionary input and reconstructing it under slumber. Some feel they are real, visions from another place or time. Whatever. Thing is, some of us get our best ideas from our dreams or write stirring stuff such as this about them. A delightful read, Fay. It made me think. - Phil A.
