Won’t you?
Whisper to me
Of all the things
My heart aches to know

Won’t you?
Reincarnate
All the unrest
Buried deep long ago

Won’t you?
Open your eyes
And taste
The necessity of hurt

Don’t you please
Your candles light
And show
The stench of shame. Dirt

Am I reaching?
My potential
Are my ashes
Set to rise?

Oh won’t you?
Let me fall
And relish
My demise

I know what you know
But can’t see what you see
Running. Standing. Choking
I swallowed the key

Yeah but do you remember which way to the door? Maybe it has been left unlocked? Maybe someone else has a key, too. Just a thought a theory

    Oh won't you?
Ever lower the superb standard of your writing
    Hope not
