One Day

To hide something away
To live your day each day
To overcome to balance
To stay strong in every way
To feel, to say, you struggle
To face go boldly on
To have friends that help you
To take the battle, yes full on
So forgive me if I, slip sometimes
Or falter on the way
I'm often in my own world
But I'll get there.....one day.

    Sometimes life deals us such a smack that staying alive is almost impossible and self neglect sets in. We are rescued by those who care and they know or hope that time will work its magic as you show us here that it clearly does.

    I wish you every speed on your journey to a more satisfying wellbeing, at ease with yourself.
