Song, Cry of those Left Behind

I know it’s late,

I know we’re weary,

 

I know Jesus’s call didn’t include you or me,

Now all of Jesus’s Love seems so far away,

We are those left behind; ever so lonely, Lonely!

Do we worry despairing all of the day?

Longing for shelter from God; of all that we see,

We still are His Love; don’t save it for tomorrow,

We’ve got our Faith; use it today!

 

Deep in my soul it is so lonely,

All of my Hope is fading away,

Are we not His people; even as of today?

I’ve longed for Jesus like everyone else does,

Will I be faithful even as my life is taken away,

Are we believers; Is Jesus still is the Way!

The Holy Spirit will help us find the Faith,

As our hope fades; let us not laith,

He still has won the fight; his Holy Spirit shows us the Way!
