What a grotesque act
To think that in fact
That because a person is different
That surely they must be sick within
That they must take pills
That they must conform
That they must move away from their authentic form
To the systematic normalcy
The dogmatic policy
All because they're different
Maybe they're just gifted
To see a different view
Only seen by a few ☥

- Comment from author about the poem: Mental health is important and should be acknowledged always, but let's not assume everyone that is different should be put on medication and closed down, noone should be closed down either way. We're all magicians in our own right and different ideas create different outcomes.
