I’ve only ever feared time itself,
Now for my dad that might be running out,
Never could of imagined nor did I want to,
A world without your smile isn’t something I can do.
I remember I used to pretend that I was asleep,
You’d carry me to bed and place a kiss upon my cheek.
I wanna return to those days, father, can we go?
Back when the sky was sunny, way before the growth?
I wish...
It felt like a bullet when you told me the news,
My chest still hurting, my heart surely bruised.
Just tell me how I can make it go away,
Because it’ll be more than you that it takes.
