I hear the Good Lord's words echoing tonight,
Believer's inwardly only hear whispers of some quiet conversation,
Stars reflect Christ’s words that guide me towards salvation,
Inquiring of an New Testament Disciple along the way,
Hoping to find some long forgotten words or ancient melodies,
He turned to me to say; hurry believer your race is there so true,
It will take a lot to pull me away from Faith in You,
Jesus!
There's nothing that a lying satan or world could ever do,
He blessed our faith with salvation bought and paid for all of us too,
Going to take some time to perform the Love I have for You,
The world cries out like dogs in the night,
As it grows restless, longing for any kind of company,
I know we all must do what is right,
As sure as the Price He Paid rises above the sins we made,
It will cure the emptiness inside and drive away the night,
Of this frightening thing we have become.
It will take a lot to pull me away from Faith in You,

- Comment from author about the poem: Jesus said the generation that sees Israel become a nation shall not pass until He comes again. We are that generation and we are right in the middle of the time that will be coming shortly. Either that or I am just too old. Lol!

These poems are, at least for myself, a way to express a desire to see my Love as for me to be in His Kingdom would be Heaven, to then Lovingly Worship the Father/Son/Holy Spirit.
To me Hell is only hell because of the lack of being able to Lovingly Worship the Good Lord. Even with all the fire & brimstone & dying on the precipice of Death for an eternity. Just a thought
Evil is simply the absence of God. We choose to sin or not.
