Awakened Side – My Story – Part One of Two Parts

I was not here for days
and yes...I lost my way
even though I decided to be here...every day
and that ‘LOST’, is actually about being confused.

 

So like...what’s The Thing That Is Rare and Unique That I Have?
It is this Joker Lego Kids Watch
and yes, for kids...but there is none available for adults
and I am getting used to it...to remind me of The Joker,
The Representation of Smile and Laughter
and whether it was made for kids or not,
it is better...this is better.

 

The person at that DC Shop
asked me about my favourite version of The Joker
and surprisingly...she knows of Jeremiah Valeska
and it felt great...truly
because there is no wrong assumption about me
and at least like a true fan...I would go far...to be,
To even adopt the name ‘Joker’...seriously.

 

I rarely go for something out of pleasure or out of whim,
but because there is a deep meaning for me
although at times I may not know about it;
Like a watch...the light would not be dim
because a watch is something we can wear and have with us
at all times...even when sleeping;
even when it is just me...walking;
even when it is just me...sitting;
thinking about things
like how to spread my wings;
like how to have my piece to sing;
like how to have my piece to grow a new wing.

 

Acceptance...is not an easy thing, for anyone
due to identity and label being placed on us;
Am I or Will I be accepted as Joker Green?
Will Myself as Joker Green be truly accepted, acknowledged, and seen?

 

I am not...not a simple person
and in fact, none of us wanted to be simple
because we want to be special...and amazing, at least...
...at least, to one person we hold dear...if not to many people.
