Our Rock

Tayama

We turn it every month...

Always in a way to the sun...

Of all that there, it is the one with no damage...

Unlike him and I consumed by the baggage...

Of the particles that we can never contain...

2 lives fractured...one in mind...one in body...

Yet we are both contained...

Every visit we sense its intactness...

And see the innate ability to heal...

The fractures that result in the fullness...

Of a life touched with zeal...

That if we run, limp, yell, mumble or fall…

Many times, we just need to know that its ok to crawl…

As the cracks seal and our eyes see with the heart…

We climb once again and start…

The long walk of sounds and smiles to our rock...
