Chimeran Crossing (+2)

Kurt Philip Behm

Bridging the gap…

hate falling away

Into the chasm,

fate tightens the stays

Forging two armies,

to now fight as one

Entreating their union

—Saint Michael has come

(Villanova Pennsylvania: August, 2020)

Highway 61

Maintaining his distance,

Dylan felt safe

A musical drifter

not born for one place

His words once released,

to live on their own

The road calling windward

—far from his home

(Villanova Pennsylvania: August, 2020)

Fault Line

Clothed in fraud,

his disguise supreme

Frightening listeners,

confusion schemed

His world inside,

a caldera waits

Armageddon trembling

—the hour late

(Villanova Pennsylvania: August, 2020)

Just loved the idea of the two armies joining forces to disperse hate. Very cleverly done!

Thanks so much! Only an Archangel could make that happen.
