Not okay

I want to scream until I can no longer speak

I want to cry until my very last tear falls from my eyes 

I want to be emotional less

I want to stop feeling

I’m so tired of pretending everything is okay

It’s not

I’m tired of talking and no one listening

I’m tired of being strong

I’m ready to be completely numb

My emotions are consuming me

I can’t take it anymore
