- Comment from author about the poem: This piece was actually taken from the song, 'One Day At A Time'. This is the first verse and chorus of the song. Many people had sung this song, but my favorite version is by Cristy Lane. The only way to get through life is by taking one day at a time, not giving up, and always having hope. Jesus is the answer. Persistence is key

the question is,how can he be human with the desires and wants of being a man,yet keep sight of god in all things,such as timing and keeping god first above all wants and desires,regardless of difficulty
