The Poem I Never Wrote For You

everlong

Im neither old nor wise

Still very young and dumb

Stuck in those golden eyes

It made my mind go numb

This might potentially be love

With its power to entrance

Could you be my dove

May I have this dance

Our faces painted with glee

No matter how we move

Passion is the key

Which only our heart's will prove

The poem I never wrote

Yet this one is new

Possibly missing a note

Though its made only for you
