Either I’m right
and you’re wrong
Or you’re right
and I’m wrong
Or we’re both wrong
—but we both can’t be right
(St. David’s Pennsylvania: October, 2020)
Arbitrium
Are we doomed to be unhappy,
or does it involve a choice
Do our feelings link externally,
giving outside forces voice
Do we choose the pain and misery,
as they cross our beaten path
Can they exist if our wills resist
—muted and outcast

Thought provoking... I'm sitting here trying to find a way to both be right. 🙂 Great write!
Thanks BH. If you get there, please loop me in.

'Are we doomed to be unhappy,

lines of ever precise incisions, wonderful to read - impossible to not contemplate, all in all another brilliant write!
Thanks LB, very kind of you.
