I wish god would take my soul

avivan

I wish God would take my soul where there are other people, where I feel safe, free from anxiety, and abandoned from the materialistic world.  I wish God would take my soul if I'm destined to suffer more.  A cruel world, a world of vanity. A realm that's only interested in dragging you down.  I wish God would take my soul away from these abusive people.  I wish God would take my soul to my beloved mother who I'll be safe with.  An afterlife with my beloved mother in a safe place is one thousand times better than living in this violent life.  A cruel world, that is full of hatred and anger. I wish God would take my soul so I'll be free. I wish to taste freedom.  Please God take my soul, I'm tired of this life.  Oh God, have mercy on my soul and take it away so I'll have to suffer no more.

There's a place of rest for sure.
    Are you ready to go?

The world is inherently indifferent to us, but it is not inherently cruel. People who feel like you seem to usually have lost perspective because they are surrounded by seemingly insurmountable challenges. If life seems cold and cruel, go out and paint it with kindness, understanding, and respite for others. I know it's easy to say, but so is chanting your despair. There are so many people of good heart, people of faith, people of no faith like myself. Go find one, or if you can't become one. Strength is within you!
