For the Holy Father’s Intentions

Gary Edward Geraci

the deep silent ones...

out of bounds of his

most vicious handlers,

be they men or demons,

...known only to you

God and inspired by

your Holy Spirit.

for green lacewings float

up like silent prayers

only to be devoured,

mid-flight, by

ravenous dragonflies.

    A fine write Gary.
Oops, I've been reading about the Reformation. Some called the Pope worse than cad or bounder (words also used by Americans?), saying even Anti-Christ! In reply they probably called Archbishops the same.
I know a church that does the former today. I won't invite you to it then! lol. The same one that rages about SAINT Newman.

It’s not easy being the Pope, Orchidee. If you’re good, Satan and his minions double down on you and if you’re a bad Pope, Satan and his minions double down on presenting opportunities for the dissolution among the ranks. Only Jesus Christ our Lord has the devil in his place - under the heel of His Blessed Mother (we Catholics believer Mary to be analogous to the Holy Church on earth). The Pope needs lots of prayers no doubt. Many snares are being set all around him. Thanks for your read and comment!
