Her(Don’t leave me)

TyraWilliams

A soundless word creeped from his soft devined lips like a single grain of rice from a bottomless pot. In my head all I could do was think carelessly of a future with him and our three beautiful children and me, a wife, mother, and full time soldier in the United States Army. I wanted more for him, I mean us. To be happy and live a carefree life. I want him to have a dream, his dream. He wants me. I love him more than I can verbally express and one day i’ll be able to tell him. Just one day I'll tell him what  I've been fearful of saying aloud. One day he’s going to leave, and just like that I'm alone. Don't leave me, please. I want to be her. I am her.
