- Comment from author about the poem: This is a love poem I wrote to myself. It really opened my eyes just how much I love myself. A lot of what makes me happy or gives me purpose (no matter how small) is what I do unprompted and for myself only. Seeing this list has really shown me that the person I love the most, is myself.
