Meanwhile......

Come and join me!
I'm writing this book called 'Meanwhile......' (am I? lol)
About sort of choosing alternative options to situations
Write your words -
The nuttier the better!
Let's excel ourselves in nuttiness!
Whether my tales of Fido, 1066
Adding water to whisky
Swooning over hott-ish poems
Or whatever battiness and barminess there may be!
An example -
'My day was one of solemn and dark mood'
A 'Meanwhile' alternative: 'Oohh, a bad hair day there then?!'
Your turn -
All nutty contributions gratefully received!

DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PHYSIO ~ ANGELA
****************************
Beacuse HOSPITALS can be quite serious places
You have to have a good Sense of Humour
I was 2O on 2o21 and I had just started my ...
Training as a Practicing PHYSIOTHERAPIST !
The TEAM LEADER called me in and said ...
Your first CLIENT is ready for you ...
His nmae is LEN BONES (a common name in ESSEX)
His LIMBS are intact but HE has limited MOBILITY!
Please advise a DIET & An Exearcise Regime
I was keen to meet my FIRST PHYSIO CLIENT !
Imagne my shock when I pulled back the sheet
LEN BONES was a Full Adult Skeleton on the bed !
I didnt know but they had wired the Clinic for sound
I sat LEN up in BED and asked HIM he was feeling
He said *Im OK just a little peckish my joints are OK
I checked hiS arms * Leges - very mobile
He just gave little ouches. I suggested a 3000
Calorie DIET and top to toe exercise using a
Tension 2 SARABAND ELASTIC LEN thnaked me
I was just about to write my report when The
Teaam burst in ! The lEADER said *Firts Class Honours
For your coolness & sense of HUMOUR ~ AMEN !

Cccooeee! More barminess please - on all and sundry!
Woof, woof! says Fido
That's not all he says
Cos he's a talking dog, ya know!
Did I tell ya about me talking cat too, Tibbles? Meow! Meow!
You probably though it was him fighting with another cat, when ya heard me singing! lol.
