Her sky was dusty and untamed
She could no longer see the sun
Through the clouds
And her world was filled
With unanswered questions
On life, the time she had
And the love she felt so long ago
A hollowed hearth
Drew the cold from the winters eve
And the fireplace lightly simmered
As the cold breeze kept it alive
