free therapy

i hope when people take my advice

they don’t see me as free therapy

all my experience that made me delirious

is changed for you to keep

i hope that you don’t try and read me

when im handing you buckets of truth

because if you make me spill a drop

i’m not sure what to do

 

but

 

i like how my trauma rolls off my tongue

and into your mouth tasting sweet

 

so

 

i hope my business is your pleasure

and that when you go on endeavours

if you’re happy, sad, lonely or whatever

just lick your gums and remember me

    I'm not really sure why but i like this a lot. It's certainly a bit twisted and comes in below the belt. But any poet who has put his heart, fears, tears and love into words for others eyes will find themselves walking with your words within them.
