Wouldn't it be nice if we could just press a 'default' button sometimes?
rings home, loud - although I somehow can't put a finger to the source I'm relating it to, but still this reads like a sample of the solace that can be found when we tilt our mind's into a meditative state,
thought provoking read, at least to me
