Could we all agree, to cloud our perception's
and void those anxieties over COVID
or Brexit, pretend we’re tribe-X
regress our trying era of Tiered - progress
say no to strife, choose: to thrive these remnant days
of what’s been a taxing twin-twenty’s, to gain
even a sample of respite. Seep, maple syrup thoughts
to drown-out bitter misery’s – rise: as one and own
what fate we control, while sipping our cups of tea

Loud applause for this wise advice so perceptively written my friend - am packing my troubles away as I type to sample and digest those delectable "maple syrup thoughts" - great read.
brilliant, so lucky to have your comment set the right tone - early, and help my scribble to be a little more easier to digest, thank you dear Fay!
