2020

2020 you took us by Surprise

So many suffered; others died.

Looting and riots

Christians pressured to stay quiet.

Sin lifted and invited

A strong nation divided.

   Racial shootings

Mother’s crying

    Depression on the rise

   Increased Suicides.

All/Black Lives Matter: with a minor exception.

         A sad, form of rejection.

        To Honor Women Rights,

Many Voted to Sacrifice Babies lives

   People losing hope

      Looking for ways to cope.

    School on zoom,

Children are gloom.

 Masks.

Buy your toilet paper in packs!

Lack of Hand sanitizer on the racks.

Marriages/ Relationships Broken

Forgetting their vows and devotion

Tears are shed

Feeling neglected and misled.

2020 Im confused by you!

But as I write, I’m thankful too:

By God’s grace I’m still here;

For that I’ll strive to persevere.

I’ll Count my Blessings,

And Keep Pushing.

Now, that We are at the end;

May we learn...On God We will depend.

    Support others,

Love our sisters and brothers

May we Discover faith;

       Through any Darken Days.
