Blessing in Disguise

carolkirby1952

There's an invisible string that connects my heart to yours, and I feel whatever hurts you.
Any struggle, sorrow, pain, you feel, I feel it through and through
At first I thought it was a curse, I just could not understand. Now, God has shown me your true worth, you're my prayer catalyst. How blessed I am.
Our destinies tied like loving bows laid wrapped around our lives. And now I know who you really are, you're my blessing in disguise.

A disguise that has been silently looming,
an energy that has been consistently entwined.
how was i too know my love,
that you were mine to find
until i went on that trip,
    journey across space and time
and found the very beginning thread
    that seamed us together
two energies dancing in the wind.
ever since our day of creation
we have been made to coexist.

I admire the diction and emotion. I also felt a bit of intensity that permeated this written piece. Nice work.
