I open my eyes again
and I am not letting them close;
I open my door
and I am not closing it regardless of the state of this war
because I am letting positivity in
as well as sunlight
as well as the sun
as well as the moon
as well as Love
as well as Light
as well as Blessings
as well as People With Helping Hands
as well as All The Gifts of Life.
