Love In The Air

I heard you in the air
Blowing through me with love,
Thought it was a nightmare,
I slept alongside your absence.

I smell you in the whirlwind,
Rolling towards me in anguish,
Thought it was for war,
Yes, it added fat to my sad days.

I see you in my dreams,
Whispering words of wisdom,
Promising to stay with me,
But now, I stay with myself.

'I love you' that you said,
I also said, 'I love you too.'
But how can the sky and sea,
Now fall in love?

I breathe from your air,
My sight I got from yours,
You're everywhere in me,
Even in the air, I wish you,
A glorious mother's day.
