Spring, for whom

arobot

Spring, for whom

The years first tulips are in early bloom

Many a passer-by stop short to admire

But the planter , now a invalid in room

Can only look at tulip pictures by Zoom

Unseen behind the flourishing flowerbed

Some gloomy shadows yearningly loom

April is no awakening season for trees dead

While life thrives, O spring, for whom
