Wildlife’s feverish acoustics
serenading, a little sweeter
Morning’s revitalising crispness
refreshing, a bit quicker
draped, in those skin-tingling spotlight - Sunrays
of refreshing Spring's: lemon posset - ambience
lost, within Nature's
enrichingly revitalising, decadence;
a beloved Season’s, early arrival
inducing - giddy light-hearted lips, to morph
into beaming heart-nourishing, smiles
and buoyant, witty exchanges - between strangers
fully blossomed flowers – still, too few
to entice, those menacingly fervent Bee’s
so – no, marathon sneezing fits, just yet
an offbeat sweet-spot gift, from perfectionist: Nature
that we, lucky few - appreciate and celebrate
each precious year - of our, ephemeral lives…

a serenade of appreciation for our nature, another kudos from me, your first stanza is so magical, but i just adored eveyr line. wonderful dear poet.
thank you!
yeah I too liked that first stanza - stand alone
was almost convinced to post-it, as is
but felt it would be a waste to do so..
it really does make one's feet seem to feel lighter doesn't it ..
and the desire to skip down the street in complete abandon, while smiling inanely at the idea of so many new seasonal opportunities, has oft proved too hard to resist ....
you have portrayed a nigh on perfect portrait of 'Prolet' my friend ... that's Spring by the way, for all those non Bulgarian speaking Bards out there ...................... N
why does 'Prolet' sound so French to me, or am I
demonstrating my ignorance fuelled, bias thinking - yet again.. lol
what a wonderfully informative and considered comment, thank you my friend
.......................................................................................................................... it does sound French, doesn't it ... N ๐
Woww your word choice and imagery is super admirable , so revitalizing. Kudos for this invigorating poem.
well now, if you want to highlight choice wording, your comment
far outshines my feeble scribbled efforts, dear poet
thank you for taking the time
Beautiful words for the wonder of nature.
Andy

A wonderful poem celebrating our beautiful spring. Great imagery and words. Nice One ๐
glad you liked it!
thanks for taking the time to comment and support
although its been a right Blighty start to our Summer
wonderfully, temperately and unpredictably: monsoon-drenched - 1 minute
and gloriously, refreshingly - after-shower: Sunshine delight, the next... lol
(and I wouldn't change it for anything!)
