Let Go

Let go

Stop thinking so
much on love, life, death, why,

how, when
you will walk out.

You can't read thoughts;
people don't think at all.

Soft sleep;
fantasy of fucking,

not love;
don't think of it.

Switch off;
stop those cruel cogs churning,

I can't read them,
but I can hear them.

Forget the world,
what you can't change.

Turn down, if only to a low
hum, all things you don't know

Let go

    Speaks volumes to me, thankful to have read.

      Aw thank you, I'm glad. If only I could take my own advice

      Advice we all consider and usually reject... things are so compelling! Politics, sick friends, needy charities, work... but thanks for trying! (-:

      You put what we all think so aptly into words with this:

      You can't read thoughts;
      people don't think at all.
