did you come from the sea?

In this vast country the
ocean is so unbelievably blue.
Droplets of light sparkle on the surface
like startling showers of stars,
as though the world is upside down
& the sky become restless, impatient;
a ceaseless ripple moving over it.
I wonder if you have seen this ocean

    a wonderful write, reminded me of these eternally truthful words
    from that most poignant of Forrest Gump scenes:
