God Has Something Better

ForeverJesus7

What it is,
I am not entirely sure,
but I know God has something better for me.
I do not know,
what He has in-store,
but I know God has something better for me.
I could have continued my music,
and building my record company.
I could have been making,
alot of money,
but God had something better for me.
I could have finished,
my second half of high-school,
but God had other plans for me.
I could still be living,
in Louisiana,
with my former wife.
I thought I knew,
what was best,
as God watched,
and shook His head,
and said, "I have better plans for your life".
I once asked the Lord,
for a nice house,
with a family,
and a job.
"Wait patiently", the Lord said,
"Be still, and know that I am God".

Hot summer day, rifle rattling in the gun rack, man on the radio saying how God knows everything and we should hold hands and pray for guidance. Seth thought, “Why would he be listening to what he already knows? Sometimes it seems the earth is Gods clutter land,
a collection of good starts and bad endings.”

in my carnal mind
i am blind
but faith i can alway`s see
and i know he has something better for me...

Hark the future
The present’s so fast
By the time you say it
It’s in the past.

god gave me you,to make me who i am now.from what my life has been, you are a big turn around.i thank him for you every day,you are my soul mate in every way.i love you dion,i hope you can see,i thank you for wholesomely loving me.
