Guns make the man
Massacre happily
Ignorance leading the blind
Another casualty
Johnny has issues
Got an AR15
Arm everyone!
(EUREKA!!!)
More guns are what we need
Who gives a fuck about Johnny and his mental instability
He’s got a gun!
That’s all he’ll ever need
A few hundred rounds
He kills responsibly
A few hundred rounds
We watch the innocent bleed
Just another day
Another massacre
Another life
This is America
How many more people have to die
It’s not an issue about the left OR the right
GUN CONTROL!!!
It’s an issue about SAVING HUMAN LIVES!

- Comment from author about the poem: In America today, we are surrounded by the news every where we turn, on the computer, on the TV, it has become and every day, around the clock, constant reminder of the never ending violence that is plaguing America and becoming the new norm. I have watched to much of the violence, the mass shootings, the murder of unarmed black men and women, the bigotry and racism. I have had enough, this is my attempt at getting some of that fear and frustration out. Thank you for reading my poem, regardless of my opinion, this poem is meant to create feelings and discussions about gun violence and that is all.

I could rant on about this at great length; I’m not going to.
Need to keep the message clear and get support at minimum from every poet here who is a US citizen.
