Happy Father’s Day Dad

Accidental Poet

Here in the states

Another holiday

A day just for Dads

On this Father’s Day

To Daughter and Son

He’s a superhero

Disguised as a normal guy

He can’t fool them though

At sporting events

He’s their biggest fan

He makes them laugh

Cause he’s a comedian

You learned to ride your bike

From his ability to teach

And to the sky

He encouraged you to reach

Always on your side

Yeah, he’s got your back

If you make a mistake

He’ll get you back on track

You know he loves you

You’ll see his look of pride

What you see on his surface

Even greater on his inside

He’s the man

On his birthday

But he’s your Dad

On Father’s Day
