surgical stocks and shares

one needle for the corner of my arm

what harm can come from the swelling of silence?

this is all of what remains inside me now

once cherished now feared, always

a hunted Steer between chapters

I must meet the author

and paint his eyes

claim his soul

and tread more

wisely;
