They ask

Masking

Did you know?
Have you seen it?
How long ago?
Was it good?

Came like lightning,
What a shock.
With thunder close by,
Deaf in the end.

Where did you go?
Have you been alright?
Did you forget?
Are you good?

The storm is silent,
But still among your eyes.
I feel it in your voice,
The darkness isn't gone.

Where have you been?
Have you seen too much?
Did you make mistakes?
Are you better?

Wind now remains,
It's the only thing left.
Along with your thoughts,
That come and go.

Where are you now?
Have you seen the light?
Did you find some peace?
Are you cured of life?

I leave these words,
To the wind and where it blows.
To all who're down-wind,
May it reach you so.

Where have I gone?
Have I been to the other side?
Did I find the secrets?
Am I at the end?

Maybe.
