Open Your Heart

Accidental Poet

When the walls are closing in

And you feel the stress rising

Open your heart

 Suddenly your realizing

As you let go

Of pent-up frustrations

Feel yourself relax

Full of elation

A smile will grow

There upon your face

As within your heart

A new happy space

So, share that happy space

With those sad and blue

Help them to feel their joy

To see the day anew

And for tomorrow

A brand-new start

All because of you

Open your heart

Feeling frustrated and angry certainly doesn’t help to feel joy . I know I can hold frustration ... sometimes and it feels heavy .

      A lovely poem , AP
