I WAS A LEAF ON TREE

gregetsell

I was a leaf on tree

I danced in the sunlight

When the wind would blow

And when it rained i got wet

But the suns came out and

Dried me out and warmed

Me up,

Then came fall i was never

The same agin i changed

Colors and fell to the ground

And wind blew  me all round

Then i changed colers agin

I truned brown when I fell

down,

Then came winter i know i

Would never be the same it

Snowed and covered me up

Now i am frozen under the snow

Then came spring and the sun came out

And melted the snow and dried me out

And long came human and raked

Me up in pile with no smile

And put me in a machine

Ground me up into mulch

And put me in a garden

With all the flowers and

Now i will stay every day in  the

Garden   I WAS A LEAF ON TREE.
