The Analogy

Catgotthecream

A word many us protect

A word hard of toned perfect

A word shouted in haste

A word whispered in waste

A word of dissolving anger

A word of leveraging anchor

If muttered from your lips

Betrayal inside licks

Such a challenge for us all

Pride too good for damaging brawl

A word if too lately spoken

Bereaves a role open

From the heart it must come

Less would see an undone

A true genuine sorry

Requires one of no analogy
