Hard to See

Michael J. Schaeffer

Hard to See

7/19/21

Sitting here Feeling like a Clown. A Joker. A Slob or even a Snake. Their is No Turning Back. Course is to this Life or Age. So Unrefined and Unpolished. Where to Begin? Awkward to so Many. The Surroundings. Clumsy. Lacking and without so much Grace. The Clues are Out There. The Oceans, the Seas and Rivers Indicate. These Blinding Eyes. These Eyes are like Imitation. Hard to See. So Incapable for so many Years. Assemble, Array and Cluster this once Man. This Man that is now a Clown. A Joker. The Slob that is even Considered a Snake. Blurry Darkness with a Dim Fog. Where to Go? Where to Swim? No Home. No Fort. No Base. Its so Hard to See. The Muddy Water is all over this Face. Clouded and Concealed the Brain is. May their be a Day of Brightness? Pure Sunshine? Or will this Hazed Mind with Eyes be Hidden with a Screen? The Screen that is Shaded. The Snake is in Proximity of a Nearness. That is a River and the River will Lead to the Sea. Hoping this Snakes Eyes will Awaken and Ocean Side will be the Indication of some Freedom...
