how to be a man. a real one

cosmacpan

a real man is not an alpha man and
he doesn't care about length
or muscle mass

the real man means first of all attitude
the courage to accept even helplessness
and the most important thing: he knows love.
the real one.

a real man knows how to show a smile
he knows how to bend down and kiss a weaker hand
and appreciate the power of a flower

the easier it seems, the more difficult it is
to controll the animal that waits in the shadow of fears
to carry the whole earth on your shoulder
and yet he has time to smile

Love the metaphor here cosmacpan. And so very true. 😉

    • Goddess of the Mist

Love it. It's all in the smallest of details ("power of a flower"), and there for those who take the time to pay attention.

Thank you. our life consists of those little breaths.

"If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[b] but do not have love, I gain nothing."
