Sorry I can't do this

Even though I'm missing

It's not okay

 

I can't give an essay

And receive a sentence

I'm pleading with the judge

 

I can't be prompt

And kind

And honest

It's not a match for casual

With apathy

And distance

I'm putting out the flame

 

I can't accept

I can't believe

I can't imagine

I can't hold on

 

I'm letting go

I'm leaving this
