"And The Word Was Made Flesh..."

Kurt Philip Behm

God is unquestioned,

therefore he has no answers

All questions for man

—looking outward in vain

    Kurt.

    “…And Dwelt Among Us…”

    Have a wonderful day,
    my dear poet.

If we be made Perfect, in His image
    then pray tell
why do we seek Wisdom, from outside
    ourselves?
and if Religion is what equates to God's love
    then pray tell
why do their crimes, taint our rivers crimson!
    and if we must suffer
    by other's interpretations of dogma
then tell me, why do we not pray
for them to be judged, quickly
and rid us all, of their malignant fallacies
so we may be finally free
to Question, flesh of our own fallibility
    armed with Veracity's: holiness...
    (a thought provoking wording
    of pregnant brevity, Kurt
    thank you for inspiring
    my little scribbled reply)
