rebmasters

Black velvet shirt
on soft soft skin;
breathing you in.
Bright red wine scars
& the sound of your voice
singing along
to sad sad songs.
Hands tangled in my hair;
wish they would forever rest there.

The warm, shallow water;
afraid to tread deeper;
who knows what we’ll find there
in your sweet stare.

You let me into your eyes now,
to bask in green, gold, brown,
like the trees where I found
your wandering spirit;
ethereal,
unreal,
the one
who knows my shy secret

        Thank you 🖤. I'm always trying to capture those precious moments in time in the hopes of prolonging them I suppose.

          Well expressed, the abstract of those quiet shared moments when love is new and knowing mutual.
          A very gentle piece with great depth.

            Yes! Wish it could be new forever... although of course that's not how it works. Thank you for your kind words x
