What if's abound
But's a plenty
Should have's get hard
Could have's pass gently
Maybe we change
Perhaps we will stay
Second guess thinking
Thought process away

Fall back on plan B

reminds me of an old song
by the talented Beverly Knight
titled 'shoulda woulda coulda'
and its chorus goes:
'Now " Shoulda woulda coulda, " means I'm out of time
'Cause "Shoulda woulda coulda", can't change your mind
And I wonder, wonder, wonder what I'm gonna do
"Shoulda woulda coulda" are the last words of a fool'...
(thank you, for choosing to share
such an intriguing read)
Thank you for your comment. Isn't it amazing how we can remember things from long ago with one line in poetry. I am so glad that you find my work intriguing. It's an honour my friend
