Will You?

tema

When my stars fall down
And these hounds all howl
Hanging my eyes low to the ground

When these petals turn grey
And my smiles wipe away
Will you stay with me through the darkest of days?

When my skin is touching bone
And when my life no longer grows
Will you spit your pity in my soul?
When the devil sings my name
All my sorrow burns in shame
Will you forgive and forget my mistakes?

When my lips are cracked and thin, my ribcage cuts through this skin
When time breaks my back and leaves my lights dim
Will you hold this broken hand, wash me clean of sin?
Will you sit here with me and watch the credits roll out in the wind?

Will or will not, do you have plan B?

    • tema

plan B's are not my thing, i feel like they blind you from what the issue is at hand
