on the moon

Inko

i know you be back soon
i’m standing on the moon
keeping what i said in the middle of june
i’ll keep on trying to get to you

it won’t take long for the light to come out
because the dusk is the promise of starlight
i see the stars dancing in the night sky
trapped in the reflection of your mysterious eyes
i know after everything, that we’ll somehow be alright
that tonight will always remind that i can’t do without
until the promise of dusk brings back your light

as nightfall comes around
i’m stumbling along the ground
to see your beautiful eyes
trapping all of the starlight
and i’m glad that your mine

dusk till dawn
waiting in my bedroom
trying not to yawn
waiting in my bedroom
trying to find you soon
Somewhere on the moon

it won’t take long for the light to go out
because the dawn is the promise of sunlight
i see the stars fading in the light sky
trapped in the reflection of your mysterious eyes
i know after everything, that we’ll somehow be alright
every night will always remind that i can’t do without
until the promise of dusk brings back your light

as nightfall comes around
i’m stumbling along the ground
to see your beautiful eyes
trapping all of the starlight
and i’m glad that your mine

dusk till dawn
waiting in my bedroom
trying not to yawn
waiting in my bedroom
trying to find you soon
Somewhere on the moon

i know you be back soon
i’m standing on the moon
keeping what i said in the middle of june
i’ll keep on trying to get to you
