A repressed, depressed soul

TAM

He feels the chaos,
The rain, the storm, the rumbling of his heart,
but unable to express

Suppressed by the weight of his shoulders,
A repressed, depressed soul,

He longs to cry, to weep, to feel the tears on his cheeks

Sorry if you are sad . A good poem ... I like the use of nature to describe sadness

before you let it all go
be sure you have an anchor, nearby
(a family, loved one, friend, councillor etc.
even if a phone call away),
because, we never know how much we've repressed
and if we're not prepared, unleashing it all at once
can cause more harm, long term..
    an impassioned write
    thanks for choosing to share
